| Just finished the Host. And she said she didn't like her. Her words that, "Unlike Twilight...I really didn't care what happened to the characters...Maybe the fact that the main character was an ALIEN, threw me off...but for whatever the reason I couldn't get into it. Yes, Meyer is a fantastic writer, and she creates a very unique plotline...but I didn't feel really into the characters. All I knew was that Mel loved Jared. That was it." Agree? Disagree? |

| Nah, I know Twilight is just generally awful, but I preferred it much more to 'The Host'. The storyline just seems much more identifiable. _________________ 469 years of pure undiluted awesome since 1845. (That's right, it transcends spacetime baby!) |

| The Host was good, but I have to agree with my friend. There were parts when they brought up characters...and I actually couldn't remember who they were. |
